Will Owen – Driver
“We have now completed the fourth round of the 2019 IMSA WeatherTech SportsCar Championship here at Mid-Ohio. It was a good way to end the weekend after a few solid practice sessions, even though we struggled in qualifying, so it really made it worth it after dealing with the rain and cold. I started the race and had a fun time battling other prototypes especially with the guys who are the top racers in the series. We had great pace in our No. 50 Juncos Racing Cadillac DPi-V.R car. It was the best pace we have had up to this point in the season. Throughout all of our stints between Kyle (Kaiser) and myself, we had really good pace compared to the rest of the cars. It’s really promising as in Long Beach we were close and this time we were closer. We are still progressing and have a lot more to learn. If we can get the car up front for the start than I am confident we can run in the front. It was another flawless day by the crew during the pit stops, so we have to be proud of that.”
